  • MBAs with 5-8 years experience managing software products preferably SaaS 
  • Astute marketer comfortable with technology
  • Ability to pick up domain expertise and develop into in-house SME on the assigned product(s)
  • Flair for writing and creating market focus content
Should have created GTM strategy and launch plans for launching new products

Responsibilities:
  • Benchmarking Eka’s product with industry standards, suggest best practices and changes if necessary.
  • Create a Customer Advocacy Program 
  • Execute GTM strategy for designated Eka Products and Apps to create leads.  
  • Execute a successful Product Launch and Sales enablement programs for Eka products 
  • Support Demand Generation function by creating content & nurturing inputs.
  • Create and signoff on marketing assets like whitepapers, case studies, demand gen emailers etc.
  • Shadow and work with Product Managers. Shadow product managers to drive market analysis, demand analysis and product pitch perfection.
  • Be a part of customer conversations and team brainstorms. Drive the need to frame a pitch and GTM as early as during analysis.
  • Documentation should be revamped with a marketing angle in mind. Product should be built with marketing in mind.
  • Define product marketing priorities alongside (or even before) product roadmap priorities. 
  • Drive trials for the assigned products and also constantly create alternative engagement methodologies other than trials.
  • Run successful POCs depending upon Eka's strategic direction.
  • Responsible for generating revenue through the assigned products.
  • Market Research – Research latest trends in the industry – digital trends, disruptive technologies, and produce periodic reports on which would be the suitable markets for Eka’s platform product
  • Design decks with minimum yet meaningful data providing valuable insights to be presented to the top management to improve Eka’s product
  • Operations Analysis: Month on month exercises analysis and reporting
  • Competitor analysis, usage analysis, demand analysis & opportunity analysis for Eka’s products
